Thrill Tour
ITALY 2025

For a 10-day trip including 7 park days and 9 hotel nights, we ask you to pay the following contribution:

Pre-Payment: €150 (immediately at sign-up)
2nd Payment: €1050 (at least 45 days before the start of the trip)

€1200,- in total (incl. tax) 

Please note that this is the price if you share your room with someone else. Beds that can be seperated are not guaranteed at every hotel. Want to book a single room? Then your total price will be €2000,- incl tax.

All park tickets, hotel stays and transportation to the different parks are included in this price. Please note that your transportation to Italy and meals (except for breakfast) are not included and that you need to arrange this yourself.

In order to make sign-ups as fair as possible our sign-ups for this years edition go through an external ticketing platform from Eventix. 

Make sure you have the sign-up page opened before tickets go live at 5 PM CET. A countdown on the page will indicate when sales begin. You won’t have a bigger chance of joining if you’re on the page earlier than someone else. Once sign-ups open you can add a ticket to your cart, first come first serve.

Once you added your ticket to your cart it will be reserved for 8 minutes so you have time to fill out all your information.

Please note: you will need to pay the pre-payment immediately upon signup. The cost for this is €150 (+ €3,72 service fees from Eventix). Only after payment is your spot confirmed, unlike previous years you’ll have plenty of time to fill out your details and pay without stress. This makes sure that for example people with longer names are not in disadvantage. It works in a similar way as securing tickets for a concert or festival.

One person can sign-up for two people at a time. Please note that this is only for one additional person: your roommate.

What happens if tickets are reserved or sold out?
If all tickets are temporarily reserved, wait approximately 8 minutes and try again. You don’t need to refresh the page; just keep trying to add it.

When sign-ups are entirely full you can be added to the waiting list. Instructions for this will show-up. When someone else cancels you will be notified by email. First come first serve.

I pre-registered, will I also receive an email?
Yes, as a reminder you will receive an email with detailed instructions and the link to sign-up by email around 10 AM CET Feb 1st. However you can also sign-up by just going to this page (seekingthethrill.com/thrilltour25).

Do I need to keep my Eventix ticket?
No, we won’t scan or ask for it later. See it as a nice (digital) souvenir!

Do I need to act quickly to add a ticket to my cart?
Due to the high popularity of THRILL TOUR it’s possible that all tickets will be reserved within seconds. Your ticket is not reserved until you add it to your cart. Once added, you’ll see an 8-minute countdown at the bottom of the page, giving you ample time to fill in your details and complete your payment to secure your spot.

Will the second payment (€1050) also be through Eventix?
No, it will be processed via our partner PretparkTours’ at a later date. You will be notified by email.

How many spots can I reserve?
Only two tickets are allowed per person. You can only reserve an extra spot for one person extra: your roommate.

What happens if tickets are reserved but not paid for in time?
The ticket will be released and available for others to claim.

Can I change my registration details after submission?
Yes, we can adjust your details if needed, however we will not transfer ownership this way.

Do I have a better chance of joining if I’ve participated in previous meetups or tours?
No, we value all our members equally. Everyone has an equal chance of securing a spot, regardless of past participations.

What payment methods do you accept for the pre-payment?
Eventix accepts Credit Cards, PayPal, Sofort, iDeal and Bancontact.

Absolutely not! People from any country are welcome. We love connecting Thrill Ride Enthusiasts internationally! The main language we speak is English.

Yes! You will be added to a waiting list. If someone else cancels you will still be able to join the trip. Keep an eye on your mailbox!

If you want to join us for the whole trip including the hotels please sign-up normally like everyone else. Just want to meet us at a few of the parks we visit? No problem, just let the team know which days you’re coming and we will meet you at those parks. No contribution is required. 

Because we are an international group coming from different locations that’s entirely up to you. As long as you show up in Rome on the first day before 16:00 you won’t miss anything of the program (arriving later is possible as well). A Seeking the Thrill Tour bus will take you to the different parks and hotels from there. Check out some travel options below:

Traveling by Plane
Take a non-returning flight to Rome that preferably arrives before 14:00. (that will give you some time to explore the city as well)

From Rome airport, it will be around a 60-minute journey by train or bus to the hotel.
You will be able to check in at the hotel and drop off your luggage all afternoon.

It’s easiest to book your returning flight back from Verona airport which will be the final destination of the trip. But of course you are free to continue your travels in any way you like.

Check-out in the morning (30th of July) will be at 10:00. But leaving earlier to catch your flight is possible as well.

We recommend using Google Flights to find your most fitting flight.

Traveling by Car
We recommend parking your car at Verona Airport, from there you can take a train that will take you to Rome in about 3,5 hours.  The price for a ticket is between €50-120.

At the end of the trip you can pick up your car again from Verona Airport.

The cost for parking at Verona Airport is between €10-15 a day. See their website for more information.

Traveling by Train

You can travel to Rome by train from various cities around Europe.

From Verona where our trip ends you can book your train back home.

Everyone will start in Rome. From there we take a Tour Bus through the beautiful Italian landscape.

• 22nd of July – Magicland
• 23rd of July – Cavallino Matto
• 24th of July – Fiabilandia
• 25th of July – Mirabilandia
• 26th of July – Verona
• 27th of July – Movieland Park
• 28th of July – Caneva World
• 29th of July – Gardaland
• 30th of July – Travel back home from Verona (or continue your trip)

(Please note that this program can still be slightly changed. The full program including all exact times and hotels will be announced at a later point.)

You need to be 18+ to join THRILL TOUR or be accompanied by an adult.
The average age in our group usually ranges between 18-30.

It’s not mandatory but we do recommend it because it will save you a lot on hotel cost.

During the registration, we ask you to suggest a roommate for the trip.
You can also leave this blank and try to find one in the group later.

Not having or finding a roommate will automatically result in booking a single room. The cost for a single room increase your total trip price to €2000,- (normal price: €1200,-). However if you have any difficulties finding a roommate we will always try to help you as best as we can.

We will create a group that you can join after signing up where you can introduce yourself. On previous THRILL TOURS all our members found a roommate in time.

Cancellation/refund of your full payment will be possible with a valid reason up to 45 days before the start of the trip.

Don’t worry. We know it’s scary. But here at SEEKING THE THRILL all we do is overcome our fears! Wether it’s riding a giant roller coaster or meeting strangers. The group is very open and friendly, you will make new friends in no-time! Trust us!
